No account manager layer. The founder who sells you the engagement is the founder who runs it.

Ilija is the GTM engineer of the three. He builds the data and automation layer every engagement runs on — Clay tables, enrichment waterfalls, signal pipelines, and AI personalization at scale. Day-to-day he works on product at a B2B outreach platform and owns Pottery Labs and the technical side of Piplexity.

Nemanja — Nemo — is the conversation engine. Over 10,000 hours of real calls across 40+ countries, from the first cold touch to the closed deal, spanning SaaS, logistics and IoT. At Piplexity he owns outreach, calling, and the human side of pipeline — the part no automation replaces.

Luka has spent a decade building the systems agencies now sell as a service. Five years at LeadGenius scaling enterprise data programs for Salesforce, IBM, Plaid and Square, then building outbound motions from scratch in London and Boston. He's sat on every side of the GTM table — researcher, PM, SDR, BD — and brings that full-stack view to each engagement.
LinkedIn →Piplexity exists because two things were true at the same time.
The market wanted end-to-end. Each of us, working solo or in adjacent roles, kept hitting the same ceiling. Clients with real budgets and real GTM complexity wanted a partner who could take them from strategy through execution without subcontracting the gap. A solo consultant can ship a roadmap. A solo cold email operator can run inboxes. Neither alone can deliver the whole arc.
The industry standard was low. Cold email agencies were volume shops. GTM consultants shipped slides. Clay implementers vanished after the setup. The standard of work in our space was not what we wanted to refer clients to, and not what we wanted to be associated with. Building Piplexity together let us set the bar ourselves rather than fit into someone else's category.
Both reasons mattered. Neither alone would have been enough.
Pottery Labs is a real competence, not a positioning trick. Years of building Clay tables, signal pipelines, and enrichment waterfalls for live revenue work.
No account manager layer. The client gets direct access to the founder running the work. Decisions move at the speed of a Slack message.
Serbia and EU pricing on the operating side, US and UK quality on the output side. Senior thinking at mid-market budgets.
Campaigns actually run. Deliverability problems actually fixed. Clay tables actually shipped. GTM teams actually sat inside. The residue is the asset.
